What others see as a material problem, we treat as a processing task.
We adapt the process to the actual material — its composition, geometry, contaminants, yield and required target condition.
MONAXAPLUS handles materials that require more than logistics. We technologically prepare tungsten carbide, tungsten alloys and complex industrial secondary raw materials for downstream recycling and metallurgical processing.
From Morgan Rolls and oversized sintered parts to brazed mining bits, W‑Ni materials, turnings, sludge and fine fractions.
For one-off and recurring material offers, use our dedicated purchasing portal.
Crushing, cleaning, separation of unwanted components and preparation of complex tungsten inputs are handled directly by MONAXAPLUS.

We adapt the process to the actual material — its composition, geometry, contaminants, yield and required target condition.
Crushing, cleaning, separation and preparation are not isolated services. They form one connected material pathway.
From clean WC/Co to WNi alloys and components containing copper, braze, nickel or steel carriers.
MONAXAPLUS has developed its own technological procedures for electrolytic cleaning of selected carbide- and tungsten-bearing materials. The process is used where unwanted metallic layers and residues need to be selectively removed while preparing the valuable tungsten-bearing fraction for downstream processing.
For massive and oversized tungsten and carbide inputs, we use our own procedures for cutting, crushing and controlled size reduction. Process selection is based on geometry, composition and the required output condition.

Separating iron parts from the carbide component creates a cleaner and more usable material stream.
Individual operations are selected and combined according to the input material and target specification.

↗Not every material needs the same process. The correct route starts with the real characteristics of the input.

The biggest difference is not made in simple material trading. It is made with inputs that genuinely need to be solved before the next industrial step.
The European Commission lists tungsten among the EU's critical raw materials. Returning secondary tungsten to industrial use supports material value retention and more resilient European supply chains.
